The Françoise van den Bosch Prize is awarded every two years to a designer of jewelry and objects as a recognition for his or her oeuvre. The awarding takes place through nomination by a specially installed, independent jury. The jury consists of a member of the board and at least two expert external members, with one usually (and preferably) the former prizewinner. The interest on the capital allows the foundation to make monies available for the Prize. This amount has been fixed at € 5000,- euro. Besides that, the foundation acquires an object from the prizewinner
for the benefit of the Françoise van den Bosch Collection. |
