The Françoise van den Bosch Collection is represented
by the
Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam. Within the foreseeable future, parts of the collection will be permanently on display at its new museum on the Museumplein, which is expected to open in December 2009.
The core of the collection is formed by Françoise's estate, comprising her own work, the many proofs she made for this and work she exchanged with contemporaries. Since 1980, the Foundation has acquired jewellery and other objects from prize-winners, additional work by Françoise (donated by her family), trophies designed for the Foundation and, since 1997, work by other young talented artists. Also photographs commissioned by the Foundation in 1990 and featuring Françoise's work have been added to the collection.
