1978-2003 joined Fingers, a co-operative gallery for Contemporary Jewellery
1982 attended Hermann Jünger workshop in Nelson
1984 on founding committee of Details Group, a national organisation for jewellers, metalsmiths bone and stone carvers
1990 designed and made new mayoral chain for North Shore City
2002 Françoise van den Bosch Prize
2002 Laureate New Zealand Arts Foundation
