The decoration has been awarded to: 1983: Bernardine de Neeve, former curator Applied Arts Department, Museum Boymans Van Beuningen located in Rotterdam. 1985: Hijke Koopmans and Margje Blitterswijk, Gallery Het Kapelhuis located in Amersfoort. 1987: Benno Premsela, Amsterdam, collector and inspired promotor of design. 1989: Ralph Turner, London, author and independent curator. 1991: Liesbeth Crommelin, curator Applied Arts Department, Stedelijk Museum located in Amsterdam; member of the board of the Françoise van den Bosch Foundation for ten years. 1993: VES, Vrije Vormgevers, artists association for applied arts. 1995: Museum Het Kruithuis located in Den Bosch, for the outstanding management of the jewelry collection, its documentation and accessibility. Beginning in 1997 the Foundation buys jewelry made by young talented artists; There is no fixed budget. In 1997 jewelry was acquired from Dutch artists.
